5. Intellectual Property
All content created by Lunar Reach for your business, including but not limited to text, designs, images, and strategies, will be your property upon payment in full. Lunar Reach reserves the right to use anonymised examples of work for portfolio or promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by the client.
6. Confidentiality
Lunar Reach will maintain the confidentiality of all sensitive information provided by clients and will not disclose such information without explicit consent, except where required by law.
7. Limitation of Liability
Lunar Reach will not be held liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.
- Client’s failure to comply with advertising regulations or applicable laws.
- Actions taken based on inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
8. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice. Fees for services rendered up to the termination date will remain due and payable.
9. Governing Law
